Our music can be safely used on YouTube, Kick, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, podcasts, and online courses.However, platforms can sometimes mistakenly identify some songs and generate false copyright claims. If that happens, you can report it through the False Claims section, and we'll gladly help you resolve it.

No, you will never receive a claim, strike, or muting from us, unless you try to register the music as your own or infringe our usage rules.For example, it is not permitted to use our music exclusively on online radio stations or in continuous 24-hour broadcasts.However, you might encounter false claims on YouTube or automatic muting on Twitch, as content identification systems are not perfect. Sometimes they can confuse one song with another or be affected by malicious claims from unreliable third parties.If something like this happens to you, you can report it in our False Claims section and we'll help you resolve it as soon as possible.

If I cancel my subscription, do I lose the right to use the music?

You can keep using it without any problems! You don't need an active subscription to use your downloaded tracks. However, please keep the following in mind:Accumulated downloads: These will be cleared once your current period ends.New limit: Your account will revert to the free tier (3 downloads per month).

Yes, you're welcome to use our music freely in your videos on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc. This includes videos with commercial mentions, sponsorships, brand collaborations, or any type of monetization within these platforms.What is NOT permitted is using our music in television or radio commercials, external advertising campaigns, published video games, or products sold with our music as the primary content. Not for free. This type of commercial use requires a license. If you are developing a project like this, please contact us at contacto@duodedos.com.mx to request a quote. Note: If you are a streamer or content creator uploading gameplays, don't worry! You are completely free to use our music in your streams and videos.

En algunos casos, Canva puede mostrar una advertencia de derechos de autor al detectar música de NN Records, incluso cuando tienes permiso para utilizarla.Esto ocurre porque Canva utiliza sistemas automáticos de detección que pueden identificar una canción como contenido protegido simplemente porque ha sido distribuida anteriormente en plataformas digitales.Esto no significa necesariamente que estés infringiendo derechos de autor.Si Canva limita tu proyecto por este motivo, te recomendamos reclamar o disputar la detección directamente desde Canva indicando que cuentas con los derechos o la licencia correspondiente. What do I do if I receive a copyright claim or strike?

If this happens to you, go to the bottom of this site and download our license. You can upload this license with your dispute to prove you have permission to use the track.On YouTube, if the claimant (the person or company who filed the claim) doesn't respond within 30 days, YouTube will release the claim.During this time, any monetization will be withheld. It's an imperfect system, but it's what we have for now. Copyright strikes are rare and not something you should worry about.If you receive a fraudulent strike, contact us through the False Claims page and we'll do our best to help you.

Can I use your music on Facebook and TikTok?

Yes, you can use the music without issues on Facebook and TikTok. The previous conflict related to false copyright claims has already been resolved.Although some platforms may make occasional errors, there is no real risk: my music is completely copyright-free and authorized for use in digital content.If you encounter any problems, don't hesitate to contact us through the False Claims section so we can help you as soon as possible.

No! NN Records is for everyone.

Can I remix or modify your music?

Accepted Answer

You cannot do anything that involves registering or claiming the music as your own. If you need to trim, fade, or adjust it to work in your videos, that's fine.It's also okay if you want to modify a song for fun. But you cannot register it with a distributor or release it as your own, nor claim it as yours.

Can I sing or rap your songs?

You cannot do anything that involves registering or claiming the music as your own. If you do it for fun, that's fine. But you cannot release or register it as your own, nor submit it to any content identification system. For example, you cannot release the track through Distrokid, TuneCore, CD Baby, etc.
