No, you will never receive a claim, strike, or muting from us, unless you try to register the music as your own or infringe our usage rules.

However, you might encounter false claims on YouTube or automatic muting on Twitch, as content identification systems are not perfect. Sometimes they can confuse one song with another or be affected by malicious claims from unreliable third parties.

Yes, you're welcome to use our music freely in your videos on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc. This includes videos with commercial mentions, sponsorships, brand collaborations, or any type of monetization within these platforms.

Yes, you can use the music without issues on Facebook and TikTok. The previous conflict related to false copyright claims has already been resolved.

You cannot do anything that involves registering or claiming the music as your own. If you need to trim, fade, or adjust it to work in your videos, that's fine.
It's also okay if you want to modify a song for fun. But you cannot register it with a distributor or release it as your own, nor claim it as yours.
